Looking after the whole community

THERE are many benefits to being within a close-knit business community – including, very often, the provision of quality on-site broadband connections that help keep the workflow running smoothly.

Every business, no matter how big or small, relies on its computer and telephony systems to keep it running smoothly and the consequences of downtime and lost or slow connections can make all the difference to the success, or not, of a company.

Within business centres, it makes sense to have a single point of contact to resolve issues as and when they arise, whether those issues affect just one tenant, or all of them.

C37 specialises in outsourced IT support and works with companies of all sizes to ensure they remain up and running, or to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, should they arise.

Chris Walker, who runs Northamptonshire-based C37, said: “The majority of our work is with individual businesses, providing the service they need to get a system in place, manage it and upgrade it where necessary, and resolve issues as and when they arise.

“And when you have a cluster of businesses in one place, with connectivity provided as part of the tenant’s agreement, it makes sense to have someone on call who has an overview of the systems and who can act for the business centre as a whole as well as for individual businesses within it.

“For instance, if there’s an issue with the broadband service, we can come in, get things up and working again, and then make sure that all the tenants are connected and there are no residual problems.”
