CHOWN Commercial, Chartered Surveyors, report substantial activity at Moulton Park in both the office and warehouse markets.

“Vacancy ratios are now dropping as more deals are being done and the number of boards around Moulton Park is reducing,” said Stephen Chown, a specialist in the Northampton office and warehouse market.

Chown Commercial bought, sold, let and acquired a range for both large and small office and warehouse buildings on Moulton Park in 2016, and anticipates the increased level of activity will continue this year.

Successful office sales and lettings have been completed on units at Scirocco Close, Redhouse Square and Westleigh and Premier Courts.

The estate’s first new freehold office property, 8a Brookfield, is being offered on a design-and-build basis and will offer 2,000 square feet.

Recent new instructions include freehold and leasehold offices from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.
