A HARBOROUGH-based business centre has ‘rare opportunities’ for start-ups and entrepreneurs looking for office space.
The Harborough Innovation Centre, which is based just outside the town in Airfield Business Park, is the only serviced office offering free business support.
There are two ground floor offices, Office 7 which is 258 square foot at £645 a month and Office 9a at 212 square foot at £656.
Additionally, there are Offices 25, which is 213 square foot at £550 per month, and Office 33, which is 203 square foot costing £550.
The smaller office space has come up after four businesses at the centre moved on to bigger offices within the centre, including the Fabulous Group, Liberty PR, Intelligent Financial Services Ltd, British Damaged Management Association and Swordfish Marketing Ltd.

The centre was founded with a vision to support innovative, early-stage companies in the East Midlands, and to create jobs for the high volume of talented individuals in the surrounding area.
