STRONG, long-lasting partnerships have enabled Quest Employment to thrive for more than 20 years in the competitive recruitment industry.

Now the agency’s experienced teams are gearing up for another busy time working with clients across a wide range of sectors who are looking to fill their temporary and permanent vacancies.

The company, which was founded in 1993 by Mark Russell and David Parker, is able to share its expertise across the area with branches operating in Northampton, Corby, Coventry, Leicester, Bedford, Luton and Peterborough.

The busy offices of Quest Employment, known locally as ‘Britain’s Friendliest Recruitment Company’ have been able to grow and develop services to meet specific demands including a commercial team in Northampton and an estate agency division covering the region.

Andy Elmore, who launched the commercial team in Northampton 18 months ago, has been actively working with businesses with a wide range of interests. These include sales and marketing, office administration, manufacturing and engineering, human resources, IT, logistics and supply chain, accountancy and finance, retail, hospitality and leisure and construction.

Andy said: “At Quest Employment we truly believe that ‘people are our priority; and it is always our goal to find the right role for each of our candidates and our business clients.
“We believe in offering a tailored and flexible service to meet the needs of each business. This personal service can adapt to ever changing requirements to ensure the workforce meet all requirements.”

This approach has enabled the team to continue to grow. Currently the agency is recruiting for consultants, new business development consultants and resourcers.
The estate agency division is coordinated by Amber Webb, who has been successfully working in partnership with estate agents in residential lettings and sales on their permanent and temporary roles across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.

“Every day is different at the branch. Businesses rely on us to find the right people for their vacancies so it is important that we speak their language, understand their priorities and ensure potential recruits will fit the roles,” she said.
