Since the beginning, in 1995, when ACS resided alongside the fish tackle shop on Birchfield Road East a lot has changed. The company now has more than 120 employees across the group but still operates under the core small business values of passion, honesty, trust, teamwork, and loyalty. At the 20th birthday celebration for ACS last year, John Harley addressed his 150-plus guests by saying that all of the people involved with ACS encompass these values, whether they are partners, employees, or customers. So to give you a real idea of the famous ACS culture, here are what a few of their employees had to say about the company: “ACS is a huge part of my life.
