BUSINESSES across the county are being urged to put themselves forward for the 2019 Northamptonshire Business Awards.
The awards opened in February and businesses have until Friday, 10 May, to enter and be in with a chance of winning the top award of Business of the Year, which comes with a £10,000 cash prize.
Nine category award winners will also receive £1,000 of marketing support from Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce and could be eligible for the regional and national finals of the British Chambers of Commerce’s Chamber Business Awards.
Northamptonshire Chamber chief executive Paul Griffiths said: “We are thrilled to have opened the Northamptonshire Business Awards for the second year in a row.
“The feedback we had from everyone involved last year was incredible and we were delighted to see county winners go on to have success at the regional and national finals of the Chamber Business Awards.
“It was fantastic recognition of the high calibre of businesses that we have in Northamptonshire and we can’t wait to see this year’s entries.
“I’d like to thank everyone who is involved in the awards, especially all our sponsors, including Wilson Browne Solicitors who are our headline sponsors for the second consecutive year.”
The award categories are Employer of the Year; High Growth Business of the Year; Workplace Wellbeing Award; Customer Commitment Award; E-commerce Business of the Year; Exporter of the Year; Small Business of the Year; Apprentice of the Year and Best Use of Technology.
