The latest enhancement to Northampton includes the fitment of an additional pair of brake rollers into its existing tachograph bay. The addition means the branch have more flexibility around scheduled work and with that workshop capacity.
General Manager, Robert Vasey said: “Our new brake rollers allow us to be more efficient with using workshop space available. For example if we’ve got someone in for brake tests, we have the choice and no longer need to lose the existing bay, it could instead be used for repairs and servicing.
“Likewise if we’ve got both a truck and trailer requiring brake tests we can carry them out simultaneously on the two sets. It really has expanded our offering and given us that extra flexibility – a benefit we can pass onto our customers.”
