Award-winning cuisine

THE tastes and flavours of India are brought to life by the experienced team at award-winning Nazreen, which has retained the title of Curry House of the Year in a county poll two years in a row.

Customers once again supported the Burton Latimer restaurant in the annual competition run by the Northants Telegraph to beat dozens to claim the coveted title.

Manager Chand Miah and the team take real pride in offering customers exciting Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine created by experienced chefs who celebrate the restaurant’s motto, ‘A Passion for India’.

Chand said: “We were up against very stiff competition so we are delighted and honoured to win again. We would like to thank all our guests for voting for us and look forward to welcoming old and new customers to taste the flavours of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine.”

The restaurant, which has free parking on its doorstep, offers a range of packages for customers including party bookings for the festive season. The popular banquet nights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays give guests a chance to try something different from the a la carte menu for £10.95 a head for dining in or £11.95 for take-out/collection. The offer on Sunday for a four-course meal costs £9.95 dining in or £10.95 for take-out/collection.

The Christmas package menu costs £29.95 per person and gives party members a choice of dishes including the popular Nazreen House Special, a medium hot curry with marinated chicken, lamb and king prawn. Other options include the Salmon Bhuna, Duck Tikka Korai or, on Christmas Day, a traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings.
