Back to entertain again

SUCH was the success of tribute band Back To The 80s last year – Hangar One at Sywell Aerodrome has invited them back to entertain guests for a second year.

The live band, with their repertoire of hits from the Eighties, including hits from Duran Duran, Human League, Spandau Ballet, Simple Minds, Level 42, Madness, Wham, Frankie Goes To Hollywood and many more, will entertain Christmas Party guests on Saturday, 15 December.

On Friday, 21 December, Jamie Knight and The Manuka Band will be playing 40s, 50s and 60s music, although their Big Band style also lends itself nicely to a few Christmas favourites.

The live entertainment will be just part of the fun at the Christmas Party Nights at the unique venue, for which tickets are now on sale at £59.50 per person. Each party starts at 7.30pm and will include a three-course dinner, either the Traditional Turkey Menu or vegetarian or coeliac options, at 8pm followed by the live entertainment and dancing to a DJ and disco.

A perfect way to celebrate the festive season with family, friends or work colleagues, tables of eight to ten people can be booked for a non-refundable deposit of £100 per table. The dress code is strictly black tie, or military mess dress.

Booking your party is easy at The Aviator, just call or email Kathy Putman for further information on 01604 801620 or email
