The party on 19 December is a highlight of the restaurant’s festive plans. Tickets at £15 each will include live reggae music, festive celebrations and a buffet.

Group bookings of up to 40 can expect the same warm welcome as regulars who have already discovered the delights of Jamrock. Jodi was born and raised in Jamaica, so has first hand experience of authentic Jamaican dishes from jerk chicken and curry goat to ackee and saltfish pepper steak.
The Christmas menu showcases Jodi’s experience, with two courses costing £19.95 and three courses cost £24.95. Starters include butternut squash and coconut chowder, smoke mackerel ‘solomon gundy’ or spiced pork and chicken liver terrine.
The main course options are jerky turkey or honey glazed ham, slow roasted beef brisket with sweet potatoes and chestnut, butter roast fish with spiced sweet potato mash or coconut, callaloo and hardfood bake.
Desserts include Jamaican Christmas cake with rum Chantilly cream, warm caramelised pineapple sponge with homemade coconut custard or mangotastic cheesecake.
It will be available from noon to 11pm Monday to Thursday, noon to 12 Friday and Saturday and noon to 6pm on Sundays.
