Exceptional level of service

THERE’S no doubt that the range of vehicles, from small vans to 44-tonne trucks, is exceptional at Brian Currie (Milton Keynes) Ltd, but that’s not where the service provided to the Customer ends.

THERE’S no doubt that the range of vehicles, from small vans to 44-tonne trucks, is exceptional at Brian Currie (Milton Keynes) Ltd, but that’s not where the service provided to the Customer ends.

The DAF Trucks and Fiat Professional dealership has recently added Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles to its portfolio having invested £1 Million in a new Van Centre at Bleak Hall in Milton Keynes. Brian Currie, based in Milton Keynes with depots in Milton Malsor and Bedford, prides itself on a comprehensive after-sales offering that includes servicing, repairs and MOTs, a bodyshop, sales of genuine and all makes parts, and fleet management. It is a VOSA ATF test facility for trucks, trailers, buses, coaches and horse boxes and has a number of repair centres across the region including Marsh Leys, Daventry, Aylesbury, Amersham and High Wycombe.

Founded in Milton Keynes in 1980, the Company boasts employees who have been with the firm since it first opened, another reason why the dealership successfully retains so many long-term clients.

Managing Director, Huw Teasdale, said: “Our approach is that every member of the team is a salesperson and by that I mean that everyone who comes into contact with the Customer is selling the Brian Currie ethos that the Customer comes first and strives to deliver excellent service.

Buying the vehicle is only the start of the relationship, what differentiates us is the range of after-sales services, a true “one stop shop”. We are open 24 hours offering around the clock servicing and repairs, our bodyshop can handle any size of vehicle, from the smallest of paint jobs, accident damage, bodywork repairs to full refurbishments. We are a family business with the values that go with that, and our Customers range from one man with a van to those with a fleet of 44-tonne trucks, it doesn’t make any difference to us, what’s important is making sure they have all the services they need.

We invest heavily each year in training and developing our team and that pays off both in terms of how long they stay with us, and in how long Customers stay with us, coming back time and time again because they know they’ll get the service they want.”
