Well worth the wait

CONFERENCE and exhibition organisers looking for a spectacular venue are choosing the Orangery at the historic Rushton Hall.

The newly-opened Orangery, the first of its kind in the Midlands, is an impressive addition to the magnificent Grade 1 listed Four Red Star Hotel which stands in 25 acres of grounds.

The Orangery, which can seat up to 300 people, marks a new era for the hotel which is also the only venue in the county to boast a Three Rosette Restaurant.

The planning process took more than ten years and has the support of Historic England who backed the decision to replace the Pavilion with The Orangery which has been designed to blend effortlessly with the original building.

Head of Sales and Marketing Tom Gilbert said: “The Orangery is well worth the wait. There are few other venues with this capacity who can boast such a fantastic location.”

Meticulous attention to the finer details ensures the design of The Orangery can be used for a wide range of uses. Alongside traditional weddings and conferences there are hopes the space will appeal to organisers of product launches, music events and one-off events.

Rushton Hall’s experienced team continue to welcome guests who want to make the most of the facilities, including The Stableyard Spa. This boasts a stunning pool, indoor and outdoor spas, steam room, fitness suite and treatment rooms.

Bookings are still being taken for festive celebrations and special events including New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Tom said: “We are already very proud of what Rushton Hall has on offer and in the coming months look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy this amazing venue. The opening of The Orangery has completely changed the offering we have and means even more people can discover and make the most of this amazing venue.”
