Thriving commercial property specialists Yates are pushing back the boundaries from their offices in the grandstand of Corby’s Rockingham Logistics Hub.
The start of 2022 has seen the agency doing business with new clients across the area including Kettering and most recently in Market Harborough. And, in another positive move, the agency has appointed Pamela Heywood to work alongside senior associate Magda Ocetek and Jane Yates.
Growing demand for the agency’s services is testament to its founder Jim Yates. After his sudden death it was left to his wife Jane and Magda to continue his legacy. Their commitment has paid off with the agency continuing to work with clients looking for a range of services including management of commercial and residential block property.
A move to the stylish offices, with far-reaching views across Northamptonshire, in 2019 enabled the agency to look at ways of broadening its own horizons. This includes talks currently under way to grow the partnership with the team looking to announce details later this year.
The agency’s main focus is on Corby and the surrounding areas where its commitment to a personal service means they have good relationships with clients and a reputation which attracts new opportunities.
