Design studio is a great success

ALTHOUGH a relatively new addition to Print Data Solutions’ impressive portfolio of services, the PDS design studio is already establishing itself within the ranks of Northamptonshire’s creative agencies and enjoying great success.

“It has taken us time to create the perfect team,” said lead creative, David Nelson. “However, our patience has paid off. We have a solid team and infrastructure which combines a wealth of experience with new talent, brimming with fresh ideas.”

The studio is as much an agency as its stand-alone rivals and the projects it produces are worthy of an agency status. Working across all media, PDS’ design studio is building a formidable portfolio of work including corporate identity, packaging design, digital design, exhibitions and, of course, the reason why PDS invested in a studio, design for print.

David continued: “We encourage the whole team to constantly be creative, whether delivering a solution to a client or maybe working on projects for the studio outside of business hours. Anything that stimulates our creative thinking can only have a positive effect on our work as a whole and due to its success to date we have created the book of inspiration. The tasks I set the team are never compulsory and yet everyone participates and we have created some exciting work as a result. It highlights our passion for continued development.”

Scott Rendall, Commercial Director added: “The design studio was originally set up to service our existing clients and as yet, we haven’t actively advertised the service outside of this group nearly three years on.
