Marketing is a partnership

Aa you would expect, over our 19 years as a full-service marketing agency we have learnt loads. Our list of do’s and don’ts runs into many pages and we pride ourselves in offering honest, practical advice and implementing a programme of activity that we truly believe will meet the client’s key objective when appointing us.

At the top of the do’s list is definitely the partnership we form with our clients. It’s not a structured, documented arrangement, but instead it’s about personalities; it’s about us taking the time to really understand their business and demonstrating that we can add value to any marketing activity we recommend. When we’re appointed to particularly help a local business, then the partnership seems more meaningful as we’ve seen recently with Eckland Lodge Business Park.

With the businesses being situated just five miles apart, Jax Marketing and Eckland Lodge Business Park have been working together this year to promote their new office development, The Lincoln Building, which is ready for tenant occupancy in September.

The stunning, contemporary office space – home to ten independent suites which can be let separately, in multiples or as a whole – was immediately identified as a potential new home to businesses in fast-growing industries or those with a Head Office facility who were occupying buildings with limited capacity or flexibility. Together with other local businesses, FSG Design and Gorell Barnes, we have developed a programme of activity which includes website content, a bespoke brochure, road-side signage, advertising and editorial, as well as online advertising on key property websites.

“We have been honoured to be involved with the Lincoln Building project,” said Jackie Doyle from Jax. “It’s the most stunning building and would perfectly suit a head office where the business can impress their visitors, but it’s also been very carefully thought through in every detail. When we met Daniel Howes, the director of Eckland Lodge, and Leigh Parkin, the Business Park Manager, we just clicked and it’s been an absolute pleasure in helping them to see their vision come to reality.”
