We are a fairly small provincial architectural practice that deliver large-scale schemes to numerous clients across the Midlands. Presently, we are working on school projects, large office schemes, multi-storey car parks, fire station refurbishments, garden centre, numerous multiple residential schemes, veterinary surgeries, dental and doctors surgeries and retails units, to mention just a few.
Several of these will include a full service of specification, tender and contract supervision. Most of the projects are typically sub-£1m but tend to be very involved and generally have cost-conscious clients working to tight budgets.
We work with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, tree surgeons and other consultants to provide a full service to any prospective client. This might include converting a redundant warehouse to residential using the Prior Notification route or providing a feasibility study on land and buildings. We have gained considerable experience in detailed planning matters.
We have been trading now for over 25 years and Jon Sidey has now been in the architectural industry for over 35 years, working within nearly all aspects of architecture and has built up relationships with many like-minded consultants.
