A LOCAL speculative industrial and logistics development project, which has regional significance, has been shortlisted for an award in the forthcoming Northamptonshire Business Awards being held in November.
Cransley Park located at junction 8 of the A14 at Kettering is currently being developed by St Francis Group and their partner Richardson. Once a breakers yard dating back to the end of the steam era, and known at that time as ‘Cohen’s Yard’, the 32-acre site has since been fully remediated by Midlands brownfield development specialist, St Francis Group.
