BRIGGS & Forrester Living are pleased to announce the recent launch of their new-build housing division, as part of Briggs & Forrester Living.
Living Housing was established in January 2018 and achieved a £4m order book in the first six months of trading. They are currently focused on securing projects within a 50-mile radius of the Northampton head office, with plans for expansion in the future.

“As we focus on the expansion of our business, we are pleased with the progress that has been made so far. Returning to our roots in new-build housing has allowed us to offer many exciting opportunities to local trades people, surveyors, administrators and operational staff. We will continue to develop these opportunities as we grow in the future.”
Graham Brooks, Commercial Manager, launched the new business alongside Darren Lovelock, Operations Manager, who have over 70 years combined experience working within the construction industry. Their vision is to establish Living Housing as the building services contractor of choice for new-build housing developers in the region.
Living Housing were awarded their first two projects in March with David Wilson Homes, and have since secured projects with Bovis Homes and Barratt Homes.

The team have worked hard to build the business and we are delighted to currently be active on seven live sites with over 20 installers working on the various contracts.”
