I M Kelly Holdings, Kettering for I M Kelly Holdings Limited
Parkway Construction (MK) Ltd are pleased to announce that work has now commenced on their latest project in Northamptonshire – the prestigious design and build project for I M Kelly Holdings in Kettering. This bespoke building has been specifically designed for the end user and comprises the construction of a 100,000 square foot headquarters building and production facility, complete with 12,000 square feet of first floor offices. The building will also include warehousing and research and development areas together with production space. The development aspires to meet a BREEAM Very Good rating and so will be applying the principals of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Construction commenced on site in September for this £5.8m building and is due to be completed within a 36-week period.
Plot 1A, Link 9 at Bicester for Albion Land (2013) Limited
This recently commenced project comprises the design and build of a single industrial unit totalling some 126,000 square feet complete with 10,000 square feet of office space. The scheme has been designed in order to achieve a cut and fill balance across the whole development in order to drastically reduce the number of vehicle movements off site and reduce congestion on the local road network. This, along with other practices, will contribute towards the scheme achieving a BREEAM Very Good rating along with being registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Recently completed design and build projects for the client on this site include Plot 3 – a 82,000 square foot single three buildings subdivided into seven individual units.
Phase 3, Aston 41 Aston Clinton – W Lamb Limited
Following on from a recently completed 45,000 square foot project on Aston 41 for this client, work has now commenced on Phase 3 consisting of an 85,000 square foot industrial warehouse scheme. This scheme will comprise of three units with associated offices and external works. As with the previous build this project will also achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating as well as being registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
The Crossings Leighton Buzzard – Archaylen Property Limited
This 50,000 square foot project consisting of a warehouse, sorting shed and allocated offices on two floors for B8/B1a usage is nearing completion.
