Recent new contracts and continued business growth has resulted in a number of new appointments including a General Manager to develop and nurture internal departments including finance, facilities, HR and marketing.
Recognising the need to train and retain our staff we have also developed and introduced a companywide Apprenticeship Programme in conjunction with Northampton College. This has resulted with 53 members of both site and office staff being enrolled on the NVQ Level 3 Business Administration course. The course includes both on-the-job and personal time learning completing diagnostics including Maths, English and ICT Functional skills. With the apprenticeship programme linked to the in-house Ensafe training process, it will fill any skills gaps in the workforce, often introducing new techniques and technology to increase productivity and will provide the company with a more rounded workforce. This also encourages a culture of learning within the business.
Our in-house team of consultants are internally trained to the highest recognised standards within the industry and are able to provide a wide range of services including all asbestos compliance services from basic air monitoring and bulk analysis through to detailed legally required asbestos surveys and the full turnkey management where asbestos removal is required. We also provide health & safety consultancy support including audits, site visits and training. Our quality and training team work tirelessly to ensure our high standards are constantly achieved and maintained whilst keeping at the forefront of legislation and training guidelines set by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
