Regional progress continues

PARKWAY are pleased to announce the commencement on site at Kettering of their latest design and build project.

Having recently completed, in September this year, a 100,000 square foot headquarters building and production facility for IM Kelly, Parkway have now started construction on an adjacent site for a 55,000 square foot bespoke factory complete with first floor offices and warehousing for the Salvation Army

Other new projects currently on site consist of:

* Axis J9 Bicester for Albion Land: Parkway have commenced on site a 32-acre £15m industrial park consisting of 200,000 square feet of industrial units comprising four building sub-divided into five individual units. All have BREAAM very good rating.

The first design and build project commenced in September for Phase 1B for Axis J9 for a 30,000 square foot, £2m project consisting of two buildings sub-divided into seven single units

* A new £5.8m 47,000 square foot facility for BP Chargemaster at Linford Wood Milton Keynes comprising a 26.000 square foot office building fronting a state-of-the-art production facility of 21,000 square feet. The client is Milton Keynes Development Partnership

* Stacey Bushes Milton Keynes: a new £1.8m project for STREIT Property comprising 18,000 square feet of industrial units divided into six units

Other recently completed projects in the SEMLEP area:

Link 9 Bicester – a 126,000 square foot industrial unit including 10,000 square feet of offices for Albion Land. This completes the industrial park for the client totalling 500,000 square feet

Phase3 Aston 41 Aston Clinton – three industrial units totalling 85,000 square feet for Westhall Estates ltd

Sainsburys Olney comprising 16,000 square feet of store area for Angle Property
