OCM Wealth Management was founded by Jason and Maggie Stather-Lodge 18 years ago after Jason left Ernst & Young having become apathetic with the financial services industry and the lack of ‘love’ clients were being given.
This client-centric culture that Jason and Maggie have always held at the very centre of the company has seen the company evolve exponentially. OCM now looks after 430 families with total wealth under influence of circa £800 million.

OCM has built a reputation around delivering the ‘love’ within a family-office proposition, allowing the business to meet all of its clients’ needs. The younger generation is also an integral part of the OCM structure, with an average staff age of 30 years and the next generation of advisers – who have all come up through the graduate training programme – are all under 27 years old.
Jason’s and Maggie’s focus has always been to nurture and develop the next generation and that is plain to see, with their daughter Charlie and the rest of the senior management team looking to ultimately inherit the day-to-day management of the business in the coming years as the founders take a step back.
