Going the extra mile

A KETTERING company is going the extra mile to help its clients during the coronavirus outbreak by offering to deliver essentials and help with other tasks.

Staff at Telford Mann Pensions & Investments, based in Ironstone Place, have pledged their services to the company’s clients who are unable to leave their homes and need help.

Jilly Mann, Joint Managing Director, said: “We are aware that the coronavirus outbreak could be extremely disruptive for many of us going about our daily lives.

“We have a relatively young and fit workforce and so if any of our clients require assistance over the coming weeks, they should get in touch.

“If we are able to help our clients with delivering any essentials or visits to the post office etc, we have a team of people on hand ready and willing to assist for as long as they remain fit and able to do so.”

Jilly stressed that Telford Mann remains available to help its clients.

“It is a worrying time and we may all find that this virus affects us in different ways,” she continued.

“But as a business we shall continue to provide services to our clients, our phone lines remain open and we remain available to respond to email communication.

“Improved technology means that we should still be able to conduct thorough meetings with you and present information to you via the telephone or systems such as Webex where appropriate.”

She said that any clients with concerns about their investments should continue to contact the company in the usual way.
