SPECIALISING in the delivery of professional services apprenticeships throughout the UK, 3aaa has recently opened a Northampton office, offering new opportunities to employers within the county.
Currently providing apprenticeships to Level 3 in Web and Social Media, IT and Business Administration, 3aaa, based in Derngate, works with local employers recruiting apprentices to help young people find a pathway to their chosen career.
Nationally, 3aaa also provides apprenticeships in Technology, Digital Marketing, Accountancy and Financial Services, and the aim is that the range will increase in Northampton as the office becomes more established. All apprenticeship programmes are Government funded and therefore there is no cost to the apprentice or employer.
Lisa Byles, Academy Manager in Northampton, said: “We hope to be able to offer Level 4 very shortly and our recruitment executives are working closely with our partnering employers to understand the requirements of their business and help them to select the best possible candidate to suit their needs.
