CWC Group is shortly to commence construction of a speculative industrial development at Centrix Industrial and Distribution Park in Corby, with appointed agent Prop-Search.
Centrix comprises a 39-acre site that is capable of housing industrial/warehouse buildings up to 250,000 square feet. It already comprises the successful development and letting of Alpha Court; home to occupiers including Crown Decorator Centre, Screwfix and HSS.
