Originally from Doncaster, he has held a number of positions throughout England and has 10 years’ experience in commercial property, which has enabled him to develop a wide-ranging knowledge of the commercial property market as a whole. Alex is also experienced in dealing with residential management and lettings. He said: “Jim and I will be working together with a support team to really push Yates forward in the commercial property sector. There is so much going on in and around Corby at the moment, with the level of regeneration we are seeing. “Investors from London see this area as an attractive proposition.
