An accomplished motor racing driver herself, Sarah has raced in Ginettas, Porsche Carrera Cup, Britcar, Smart 4Two and, recently, Clios since 2005 and although she has been forced to take a break this year through injury, she’s determined to be back on the track very soon. Her expertise and contacts within the motor racing sector have led to her becoming something of a specialist in the legal aspects of the sport.
Sarah said: “I’m from Kettering and started work in a solicitors as soon as I left Montsaye School in Rothwell after doing my A-levels. I worked full time and studied in my spare time and now have over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor.
“At the beginning of this year, I helped found the Kettering Town Centre Partnership, which aims to be a supportive voice for the local community, and that is very important to me and my team. We want to remain a small practice that people can look to for attention to detail and that all-important level of personal service.
“Our motto is ‘Promising you plain English, not legal jargon’ because we know that however complex their legal requirements, people just want clear advice that they understand.”
The firm is currently recruiting for a new solicitor in the family, wills and probate area to join the team of five, which includes official meet-and-greeter, Milo the office dog.
