Building a team

PHP are looking to recruit as the project list and portfolio continue to grow.

With a varied and extensive, current and forecasted work load we are looking to employ architects, technologists and interior designers from all stages of their career. All would be welcomed to join the team from those starting on their career path to those with decades of experience.

Working from an Old Rectory in Milton Malsor, we are in an ideal location with plenty of space, parking and easy access to the M1.

We have many large and medium scale projects on site with more programmed to start within the year.

In Milton Keynes, we are the architects for the two largest projects in the town centre. The first started on site at the beginning of this year. It is an eight-storey 140,000 square foot office block with retail on part of the ground floor. 100 Avebury Boulevard is located near the railway station and is the largest new office building built within MK since 2009 when The Pinnacle was constructed (which pHp also designed).

The second current project in MK is a new 250-bed luxury 14-storey, 55-metre tall hotel with spa, conferencing and rooftop restaurant and public viewing gallery for Hotel La Tour. This is located on Midsummer Boulevard overlooking Campbell Park at the end of the shopping centre. The construction is due to commence later this year and will be visible from miles around.

On various sites throughout the Midlands we are involved in several logistics projects.

At East Midlands Gateway, adjacent to East Midlands Airport, we will have four logistics buildings being constructed this year with a total building area of over three million square feet. This is only the start of this massive project as there is double the amount of development land left and the project also involves the construction of an intermodal Rail freight terminal and major road works.

We also have logistics buildings being designed in Stanion, Crewe and Bicester totalling a few more million square feet.

Additionally, we have other live projects within other sectors including education, leisure and manufacturing.

The pHp office is a lively, vibrant place to work. There are great opportunities for career advancement and our simple philosophy is to enjoy what we do and life in general.

pHp architects have a great team and have current and secured future work that provides the confidence to expand further. The portfolio of work is very varied and the buzz is exciting with the opportunity to work on some great landmark buildings.
