Business centre set to grow

PLANNING permission has been granted to add additional facilities to a thriving business centre.

Blisworth Hill Offices is home to 28 diverse businesses that benefit from well-appointed traditionally built yet modern offices.

The offices have raised access computer flooring to give a truly flexible space for the occupiers and can offer fibre optic broadband from five to 300MB. There is ample unrestricted parking and 24-7 access via out of hours security gates.

Renewable electricity is used throughout the business park from the onsite AD Green Energy Plant which makes the offices an attractive option for companies who are conscious of their green credentials and wish to reduce their carbon footprint. Electrical charging points are available on request.

Soon, tenants will also be able to take advantage of an on-site private gym, cafe with seating for up to 30 people and a new meeting room which can be hired by the hour.

Currently available to let is the 800 square foot Stone Barn, providing refurbished accommodation ready for immediate occupation, while some 5,000 square feet is expected to become available this summer.

Roy Taylor, of Blisworth Hill Properties, said: “The development offers high quality accommodation in a tranquil rural setting and the new gym, cafe and meeting room will add to the benefits on offer. We have full planning permission in place and working drawings and planning conditions are being discharged now. We plan to have completed the development by the end of 2017.

“The new facilities will be private and not available to non-residents, and will be a superb benefit to those companies who are based here.”
