FAMILY-run property business Darby Group Ltd has moved from Moulton Park to new offices in Brixworth, about six miles to the north of Northampton.
Ironstone House is the new home for the business, which has taken Suite 1 on the first floor. Two more of the self-contained office suites on the first floor are still available, with three other companies now based at the premises in Ironstone Way.
The whole of the ground floor and half of the first floor of the 16,500 square foot office building are now occupied and other tenants include a large engineering practice and an IT company.
The building has undergone a total refurbishment and facilities include a passenger lift and generous allocated car parking. Each suite has raised access floors, LED lighting and its own kitchen, and there are shared WC facilities.
This is the latest episode for the Darby Group, headed up by the third generation of the Darby family, which made the move in March. Brothers Max and Richard and their cousin and fellow director, Andrew, take pride in the range of properties available and the service they are able to provide to tenants.
Richard said: “We are really pleased with the move which has made driving into work a much more pleasurable experience. We are working alongside other businesses who appreciate the countryside location but we still have easy access to the road network.”
The available offices include one of 2,140 square feet, with nine allocated car spaces, and the other is 1,865 square feet, with eight car parking spaces. Rent is from £10 per square foot.
