Rachel Woulahan joined the firm in March 2019 as a Private Client Executive. She graduated with an LLB in Law with Criminology and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course in 2012. She has worked in the Private Client department for four years and in that time has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Rachel prides herself on building and maintaining relationships with her clients and takes a personal while still professional approach when dealing with their matters. She regularly advises on wills, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and the administration of estates.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys walking her dogs, playing board games and photography.

 

Solicitor, Mohammed Rahman recently joined Borneo Martell Turner Coulston’s commercial department bringing with him a wealth of experience in property law, having previously worked for local authorities as well as in private practice.

He is familiar with the issues that SMEs face with commercial premises and he is routinely instructed in relation to sales and purchases, leasehold transactions for both landlords and tenants, assignments of leases, business sales and purchases, commercial re-mortgages and advising guarantors.

 

Genevieve Carnell joined Borneo Martell Turner Coulston as a Paralegal in May 2019. She works in the Commercial Department assisting the Company Commercial and Litigation Teams.

After completing an English Literature degree at The University of York, Genevieve went on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2013.  She has since gained experience in a range of areas of law including solicitors’ professional indemnity.  Genevieve is now completing further studies in order to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.
