Founded 10 years ago by Jacqui Frost, The Office Genie, based in Barratt House, Kingsthorpe has recently taken on two new Business Development Genies and a Marketing Assistant in response to the firm’s increasing client base.

Carlie Perkins and Kelly Blundred will be visiting clients to discuss the services available as well as attending local networking meetings. The Office Genie has also introduced Charlotte to the networking scene.

Jacqui Frost said: “We have recently celebrated our tenth year in business and have clients across the UK and even one in France now. What I always keep in mind, though, is that we have a client who’s been with us throughout those 10 years, and that is a client we picked up through a local networking meeting.

“It’s important to me to keep those local links going and so we’re working hard to get out into the business community. This time of year, when small business owners are looking at taking a summer holiday, is when we come into our own. We can take all those calls a business might be concerned about missing by going away for a couple of weeks, so they know their customers and potential customers are in safe hands.”

Lee Andrew from Hybrid Bootcamp, Badby, has used The Office Genie for almost two years now. He said: “Working in an industry that entails spending most of my time outside means that I am often unable to answer my calls and organise my bookings on a day to day basis. Having the genies take my bookings, manage my emails, take deposits and balance payments and conduct my follow up calls makes the whole process seamless. My camps are always full and my clients always arrive prepared and raring to go. The genies always do a fantastic job and I can’t recommend them enough.”

The Office Genie offers call handling services, acting as a virtual switchboard, taking messages or putting calls through. The team can also book appointments, check and reply to messages or emails, answer questions and call clients’ customers to secure outstanding balances or booking fees for events.

The service is available Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 8pm, and 24/7 cover is available by arrangement.
