CONSTRUCTION is progressing rapidly at Gazeley’s brand new ‘best-in-class’ industrial/warehouse development at the popular Moulton Park industrial estate situated on Summerhouse Road.
Gazeley acquired the 20-acre site during 2018 and is speculatively developing three units of 50,350 square feet, 91,100 square feet and 155,227 square feet, which will be available from July 2019.
