SILVERSTONE Fleet Management based in Northampton are celebrating their five-year anniversary with a year-on-year increase in volume.
During those five years they have seen a steady and firm growth starting from only 60 units in the first year to achieving 650 units last year.
The firm was founded in 2012 by Managing Director Scott Norville, whose background was with a major dealership, and he knew back then that it was time to start a brokerage nurturing his existing clients who wanted a multi-brand fleet as well as prospecting for new clients with a new fresh approach.
Within six months, Silverstone employed their first team member, Aby Mason, who is still with them to this day. Silverstone have now a strong team of six made up of sales and sales support, with a determined focus on sales support and keeping customers in the loop with their deliveries and renewals with their patented tracking system, TrackMyCar.
Scott Norville, Managing Director, said: “We as a team have achieved great things, customer retention is at an all-time high as well as customer satisfaction. To do what we do to our high standards is not an easy task, but the team I have makes it possible day in day out.
“This year marks the five-year anniversary which my team and I are extremely proud of. We have also invested this year in a new purpose built premises which will give Silverstone room for growth in the next few years which is exciting.
“In the five years, I have seen the market shift towards the attitude of brokers in a positive light compared to what it was like many years ago. We have had to move with the times and that’s something we are very good at being a young hungry team and diversity plays a big part in the company culture.”
“We are forecast for a 15 per cent increase in sales this year, which will show a further positive growth for 2017.”
