MOULTON College has a long history of delivering exciting and engaging courses and its relationship with Daventry goes back many years. Based at the new build site at Badby Road West, the recently constructed facilities are all state-of-the-art, having been officially opened in February 2017.
The exciting full-time courses give students the opportunity to study Construction and Animal Management, meaning it is just as easy for students living in the Daventry area to get their qualifications with Moulton College without having to commute; making it a more cost effective option for some.
The Daventry Campus offers Construction students excellent new training facilities including fully equipped workshops where Carpentry and Joinery and Plumbing students can learn and develop their practical skills. Moulton College offers both Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas in Plumbing and Carpentry and Joinery at Daventry.
Animal Management students that study at Daventry have access to an exciting range of animal species including bearded dragons, sugar gliders, snakes and tortoises. Students are involved in looking after the animals to help develop their handling skills as well as getting involved in undertaking animal behavioural observations. Students can study Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas which both involve practical as well as theoretical study to increase their knowledge and skills set.
All subjects on offer at the Daventry Campus provide excellent progression routes with students going onto further study, apprenticeships, higher education courses or employment.
