THE construction of two brand new, state-of-the-art, industrial buildings has started on site at Northampton Commercial Park. Global integrated property group, Goodman, is developing the two units, of 303,824 and 161,709 sq ft, on a speculative basis to capitalise on the need for prime logistics space in the region. The development represents a significant investment for the local area and will stimulate local job creation.
THE construction of two brand new, state-of-the-art, industrial buildings has started on site at Northampton Commercial Park. Global integrated property group, Goodman, is developing the two units, of 303,824 and 161,709 sq ft, on a speculative basis to capitalise on the need for prime logistics space in the region. The development represents a significant investment for the local area and will stimulate local job creation. Both units are due to complete in February 2016 and, once complete, the units will have the capacity to accommodate up to 500 employees.
