Hitec was awarded Cesab’s ASEC Service Excellence accreditation, which recognises the firm’s commitment to after sales services. The firm is one of Cesab’s foremost UK dealerships and the ASEC award is testament to the way it is seen by Cesab to meet the high standards the European manufacturer looks for in a dealership.
The award examines standards in a dealership’s:
* Efficiency and productivity of their maintenance service
* Standardisation of service and improvement of parts operations
* Ecologic waste management
* Creation of an environment to motivate the service staff
* Ability to provide visual evidence of improvement
