Director Carl Vickers said: “We have been working with our business software supplier for the last year to create a bespoke website which is user friendly and visually appealing. The new website will allow both existing and new customers to order through our e-shop as well as having access to their own customer portal.”
“For some time now, customers have been able to browse a general product overview on the existing website before placing an order by email or telephone, but we’ve never sold online before.” said Director Dee Legg. “Now with the new website, products will have a photograph and full description to help customers identify the correct item prior to ordering. Our range is so vast that people need to be sure they are ordering exactly what they need. We have always been here to advise and we still will be, but many people prefer to shop online now. We are looking forward to this new venture and believe our new website will extend our customer base throughout the country.

Standard fixings and fasteners include nuts, bolts, screws and rivets, both blind and solid type as well as associated engineering adhesives, abrasives, hand tools, lubricants, safety wear and construction fixings. Other products include clinch fasteners for sheet steel, such as rivet nuts, capacitive discharge weld studs and self clinch nuts and studs. We also offer a range of lifting and clamping products including chain, eyebolts, eye nuts, as well as carbine hooks, turnbuckles, steel wire rope and associated products. In addition to the website, there is a busy trade counter where customers can drop in to pick up items they require, as well as a stock management system for regular customers to ensure that supplies are automatically topped up or restocked as and when necessary.
