Progressing in so many ways

Progression in business can be measured in many ways – growth, turnover and external recognition being just three, and Wellingborough based photocopier and print management firm, Technocopy Solutions, have worked hard in the past ten years to progress in all three such ways.

2017 was a record-breaking year for the firm that ended by taking two awards at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards – including Business of the Year.

The record turnover and profitability recorded was the culmination of ten years of hard work since Managing Director Brad Piercewright founded the company in his loft and leaves Technocopy in the perfect place to celebrate a decade in business this year and push on to further expansion.

It’s the personal touch, independence and desire to ensure high levels of customer service that gives Technocopy the edge in retaining long-standing clients and attracting new business.

This customer retention is achieved through a range of initiatives, one recent initiative has been the widespread adoption and roll out of Print Audit Infinite Device Management. The remote management software tool allows Technocopy to optimise the performance and management of all installed print devices, so that customers no longer have to call the office when they need supplies, or provide their meter readings.

Technocopy supplies photocopiers and print hardware alongside software solutions and support services to its customers to ensure that they are getting the best deal to meet their printing and copying needs.

Equipment rental is the best available option for the majority of customers, offering a fixed affordable monthly payment amount.

Brad Piercewright said: “Our core business is centred around a sustainable long-term strategic approach to our clients’ print needs. We start with a free print assessment to establish and understand print related costs and this in turn leads to giving them advice on how a managed print services contract can reduce costs, decrease wastage and create operational efficiencies”.

Sponsorship

For the second year running Technocopy are delighted to confirm that they are sponsoring the Cynthia Spencer Colour Run. The Run takes place on Saturday 12 May at Overstone Park and this year it is hoped that a record number of attendees will enter the event.

Northampton Saints

It is with great anticipation that Technocopy looks forward to the imminent arrival of Chris Boyd and the new players for the 2018/19 season.

After an eventful first year of sponsoring the Saints, the end of year players’ dinner on 10 May, being held at Franklins Gardens should be a great celebration – one Technocopy are thrilled to be able to attend as the main event sponsor.
