THE past few weeks and months have seen fast and uncertain changes for the UK in terms of business, technology, community and self awareness. No one could have predicted the impact COVID-19 would have had in such a short space of time. However, now is the time to look at the positives which have emerged from a dark chapter and incorporate them into our future.

Many businesses (start-ups, SMEs and internationals) have embraced the opportunity to learn and discover new ways of communicating safely and effectively, which has opened doors for many people - home working has never been so productive. Being able to video call colleagues and clients has not only kept businesses running as smoothly as possible but also enabled families and friends to keep in touch 'virtually'.

So what does this mean for the education and training sector? Like other businesses, The Mallows Company have enjoyed the new challenges of using technology to deliver training, coaching and mentoring to our existing clients, enjoyed networking from the comfort of our home studies and developed new contacts through new mediums. It's enabled us to work with people, not just in Northamptonshire, but across the country and even internationally. This can only be a good thing for the continuation of businesses, of all sectors, surely?

The Mallows Company are, therefore, pleased to be able to continue the offer of one-to-one coaching sessions via digital means and group training sessions using remote access. The range of topics doesn't alter, the style of delivery will adapt and the content will be more fluid but the high quality of trainers will not change.
