The best quality Italian and British ingredients are used to create the dishes which helped The Palmichael win Carlsberg UK Northamptonshire Food & Drinks Awards Restaurant of the Year in 2016/2017 and also for the second time in 2018/2019.
The award reflects the team’s passion for food and service which has been earned through more than 35 years’ experience at the restaurant in Burton Latimer’s High Street.

Chef Michael Palmiero and the team are continually developing new dishes including the timeless customer favourites available in the Palmichael Classico section on the inspired menu.
Customers can choose from these classics and others on the a la carte menu at lunchtime or in the evenings. Another popular option at lunchtime is the menu where customers pay £11.95 for two courses or £14.95 for three courses this is a perfect way to sample a taste of what the Palmichael has to offer.
This special deal has a range of starters from calamari or crispy smoked haddock arancini with roasted garlic and parsley aioli. Main courses range from Pollo Siciliana which a pan-roasted breast of chicken with Mediterranean vegetables, vine tomato sauces and melted mozzarella cheese to Branzino, a pan-fried fillet of sea bass with smoked haddock and pea risotto. Lunchtime diners can also opt for a Bistecca, a char-grilled Hereford Sirloin steak for a £5.50 supplement.
To complete the meal, opt for a home-made tiramisu to warm chocolate brownie or a dessert of the day or try the Continental cheese platter.
