Daventry calling for new park occupiers

Signal Park

Its name embraces Daventry’s history with radio transmission. The phrase “Daventry Calling” was of course well known across the world with the BBC World Service.

Now Signal Park, 15 units totalling more than 57,000 sq ft, is only months away from completion and is already proving popular with local and national occupiers.

Four units at the scheme on London Road are under offer and discussions are ongoing on several other units.

The steels are up and the cladding is nearly complete on all three terraces, with the scheme now just three months away from completion. Potential occupiers are getting a feel for the modern, energy-efficient design of the development, with draft EPC Ratings of A for each property.

Its prominence and visibility from the main London Road leading into Daventry is also now very evident and proving popular with several national trade counter operators.

Signal Park is being developed by Claymore Investment Managers at a time when Daventry and the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire region is crying out for new development of small and medium industrial and warehouse stock.

Claymore is based locally at Caswell Science & Technology Park and takes particular interest in supporting opportunities in and around Northamptonshire and the South East Midlands region.

A total of 57,103 sq ft is being built across 15 units at Signal Park, with space available of between 2,280 sq ft and 29,463 sq ft. The new scheme has been designed with flexibility in mind, meaning occupiers can take individual, or multiple units in combination to meet their specific needs. Properties are available to let or for sale.

The new scheme has been supported and partly funded by the South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership and the government’s Local growth Fund. SEMLEP supports economic growth across the South East Midlands, helping to build prosperous communities and promote job creation.

Northampton-based Warwick Burt, with a track record of high-quality developments in the area, have been appointed as the main contractors.

n Drake & Partners, who have a strong history and background in Daventry and the wider region are instructed to market Signal Park. To register your requirements, contact Tom Drake or Joe Smith at Drake & Partners on 01604 620616.
