THE Corporate Team at regional law firm Tollers has had an exceptionally busy start to the first quarter of its new financial year.
The team, led by Partner Matthew Crosse, recently successfully advised the selling shareholders of a prominent estate agents business based in Hertfordshire.
The estate agency which has multiple sites across the country, offers its clients support with sales and lettings, has an award winning Land and New Home department and also provides an investment buyers service.
In addition, Matthew and Corporate Associate Ryan Chia have also advised an MBO Team on the purchase of Cafe Pacifico, London’s original Mexican cantina situated in Covent Garden and proud winner of Best Margaritas in London following their recent win at Margarita Rumble London 2017.

Most recently, Tollers Corporate Team advised the selling shareholders of 2R Systems on the sale to Mirus IT. 2R Systems is a leading print and photocopying solutions provider offering cost-effective and multi-functional options. Mirus offers strategic IT solutions including managed services, back-up and disaster recovery, cloud services and cyber security. The acquisition gives Mirus a foothold in the managed print space and allows cross-sell opportunities.
