PARTNER Tom Warrender, who heads up the Legal 500 recognised Commercial Property and Social Housing Teams at Wilson Browne Solicitors, has once again been recognised for his sector expertise having recently recorded a webinar for MBL (Seminars) Limited.

The webinar entitled, ‘Selling Development Land to Housing Associations – The Key Issues’ was recorded at the firm’s Kettering Venture Park office on Wednesday, 11 July 2018 and streamed on Tuesday 24 July 2018 and will remain available to view by delegates who have registered for a further 90 days. Further information can be found at the website www.mblseminars.com or bit.ly/2zu0KIB

Tom was asked to present this webinar due to his wealth of experience acting for both landowner sellers and also housing association purchasers and the webinar covered amongst other things:

* Section 111 and Section 106 Agreements, together with some useful insight as to when to * A look at the different ways of structuring such a deal, with a review of Put Options, Call Options, Conditional Contracts, Golden Brick Agreements, JCT Agreements etc;

* Useful insight and consideration of issues such as pepper potting, shared accesses, management companies and service charges.

Tom being asked to present this webinar follows on from him recently co-presenting a seminar for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, together with also presenting at webinars for Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce and also appearing as a keynote speaker at the Residential and Commercial Landlord Summit in Milton Keynes last year. It is perhaps for these reasons that Tom has recently been asked to attend two local Round Table meetings to discuss the future for Northamptonshire and in particular the property market.
