The company, which was established in 1984 and which specialises in the technical sale of functional food ingredients for the food industry in the UK and Europe, was sold to Orchard Valley Foods Limited.

The company, which was established in 1984 and which specialises in the technical sale of functional food ingredients for the food industry in the UK and Europe, was sold to Orchard Valley Foods Limited. Orchard Valley Foods specialises in the design, development and supply of confectionery, edible decorations and powder food ingredients for the food manufacturing, wholesale, dining and retail sectors.
