New conveyancing business moves in

NEW law firm Clarity Legal Services Limited (trading as Clarity) opened its doors for business on 1 October 2018 from its offices at 15 Castilian Street, Northampton.

Clarity is a new law firm registered with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC), and will initially deal with conveyancing enquiries pertaining to buying, selling and remortgaging properties with planned expansion into private client services such as wills and estate administration.

Director Katie Ward, an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, leads the new business, which has been established as an alternative conveyancing business, with the aim of providing a modern, but local service to the people of Northamptonshire.

“We are delighted to set up the Clarity practice,” said Katie. “With the current level of investment and development within Northamptonshire, we are dedicated to helping our clients to sell, buy or remortgage their property with both clarity and ease.”

Clarity opens at a time when investment in residential housing in Northamptonshire is at its height. The business will use the latest technology married to a first-class client service. Katie added: “Buying and selling a property can be a particularly stressful time, especially if clients become confused by the legal jargon used or have other challenges to overcome. My passion is to build strong relationships with my clients and make sure that I fully understand their individual needs and challenges in order that I can assist them in the best way possible. We want to make the buying, selling or remortgaging of a property as efficient, easy and clear as possible.”

Clarity will initially provide the following services to clients:

* Buying property

* Selling property

* Remortgaging property

* Release or transfer of equity

* Auction buying

Clarity will also offer The Clarity Pack, a pre-sales check pack for clients to save time prior to a sale being agreed on their property – all for free. This pre-sales check pack will mean that prior to a client even agreeing a sale on their property all of the various documents required for the sale can be obtained earlier, to save you both time and stress.

The Clarity team believes that local knowledge and a personalised service is vital to understanding each and every client’s individual needs. For more information, visit www.weareclarity.co.uk or on Facebook @weareclarityls and Twitter @weareclarityls or search for #WeAreClarity.
