Exciting changes have taken place in the Private Client department at Lamb & Holmes Solicitors, with two new appointments at the local firms Kettering and Corby offices. Staff are pleased to welcome Richard Dundee and Carol Marshall to the team.
Due to the nature of the Private Client department, the firm’s partners were keen to employ staff who offer an exceptional level of understanding when considering client needs. This is especially important during the sensitive time when clients have lost a loved one and are in the process of making arrangements in relation to probate matters.
Richard Dundee joins as a Senior Solicitor after working as Head of Department for a large legal practice based in Birmingham. Richard is proficient in many areas of private client law and can advise on all aspects of wills, the administration of estates and probate, estate planning and trusts. Richard is also experienced in the preparation of trust documentation and deeds of variation.
Carol Marshall is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and manages all of the private client matters for the Lamb & Holmes Corby office. Carol is extremely efficient and has a high amount of experience when it comes to dealing with all aspects of private client law such as wills and probate matters, intestacy, lasting power of attorney, deputyships, court of protection, inheritance and estate planning.
Carol has a very understanding personality, when considering sensitive issues. She is particularly supportive, offering an exceptional personal and professional service.
