Recognising important contributions

MORE than 100 staff members from all Wilson Browne’s offices came together at the Kettering Park Hotel last month to celebrate the success of the firm over the past year with an award ceremony, dinner and entertainment

Building on the success of increased Legal 500 rankings (a Who’s Who of the legal world) and the Northamptonshire Law Society Large Law Firm Of The Year Award, this time the focus was very much on the people who have ‘gone the extra mile’ whether solicitor/lawyer or those in non-legal roles who all make a valuable contribution to the firm.

Partners old and new took pride in seeing just how many of the firm’s employees are being supported through training – a big investment but at the same time an investment in the future, as well as recognising those who have been innovative or excelled in client care.

The full honours list reads: Paraglegal of the Year, Jodie Coley; Trainee of the Year, Neelam Yusaf; Secretary of the Year, Johnathan Rampkin; Associate of the Year, James Dent;

Office of the Year, Higham Ferrers; Business Development, Chloe Doggett; Most Profitable Team,Private Client; Support Team of the Year, Marketing; Special Recognition Award, Private Client and Employee Of The Year, Lesley York.

After the awards had been given out everyone was treated to dinner and some close up table magic from Alan Hudson and Miss Direction.

Ika Cástka, Partner, said: “Congratulations to all the winners. It’s great to be able to celebrate the success of Wilson Browne Solicitors and the staff whom none of it would be possible.”
