Having established an impressive track record of awards in marketing and communications with The Law Society, the team at Wilson Browne Solicitors has been shortlisted for another national award at the Modern Law Awards.

The awards, in their eighth year, showcase and benchmark the best practice in the ever-changing diverse, challenging and exciting landscape of law. Not a bad result for a law firm competing against 11,000 registered legal practices in England & Wales.

Shortlisted for the Marketing & Communication Strategy of the Year category, the submission included the Wilson Browne TV advert starring the well-loved Wilson Bear and the integrated communications strategy on social media.

As a client or potential client of the firm, why should you care? What does it matter if a marketing team at a law firm got an award? After all, they are not lawyers, so where’s the connection? The connection is the same attention to detail, the same expertise, the same high standards, the same drive to deliver the best possible service that runs through everything we do at the firm.

“Fame at last,” says Wilson Bear. “It’s great to be with a firm that likes to do things differently. If I ever get tired of showing the professional but friendly and down-to-earth side of law, I’ll be available for weddings, birthday parties and special occasions.”

The award ceremony takes place on April 7 at The Brewery in London.
