Does your business need more space?

NEPTUNUS built its renowned reputation through the short-term rental of accommodation in the events and exhibitions sector but the company’s temporary buildings are also adapted for a limitless range of semi-permanent uses for the commercial world.

Whether you need additional insulated space for an office, sports hall, supermarket, showroom, airport terminal or a warehouse, Neptunus’ structure technology is flexible and versatile with the capability to meet any challenge.

Matt Clark, Project Manager for Temporary Buildings, who spearheads semi-permanent assignments, said: “The expertise and knowledge gained over many years, from supplying temporary structures to major events like the Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup, has enabled us to offer longer-term space solutions for a multitude of uses to the business world. No matter what the requirement, our structures can be adapted to meet virtually any challenge – and we are renowned for our speed of service and efficiency.”

Earlier this year that speed and efficiency was demonstrated to the full when Northamptonshire-based Neptunus built a car showroom in Hertfordshire in just five days to showcase the world-famous McLaren sports cars.

Jason Button, Group Property Director for Cambria Automobiles, had been sceptical that a showroom could be built in such a short space of time. He said: “We were told it would take five days to build. I wasn’t totally convinced they could do it in that time, but they did! I was very impressed with the professional approach to the project right from the first meeting with Neptunus. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they fully appreciated the showroom had to be of the highest standard. We would definitely use Neptunus again should the need arise. I could not recommend them highly enough.”

Neptunus is now working on a similar project for another major car dealership in Birmingham.

The company’s state-of-the-art temporary buildings are also popular with education establishments and sport bodies. Neptunus has designed and constructed bespoke sports halls for organisations in the UK and across Europe. Last year one of Neptunus’ high-profile assignments involved creating a training centre for the Dutch Judo Association in Holland, while in the UK, Neptunus built a sports hall and assembly hall for a junior school in Essex.

Among the latest of the company’s innovations which can be rented or purchased is a Four Court Sports Hall based on the size and specification building envelope of Sport England.

Neptunus Managing Director April Trasler said: “Our semi-permanent sports halls are proving particularly popular for schools, colleges, universities and sporting organisations but our structures can also be adapted to provide long-term space solutions for virtually any requirement across multiple business sectors. If you need more space we are ideally placed to come up with innovative solutions that can be delivered fast, efficiently and that are really cost-effective too.”
